রিটার্ন করার সময়সীমা
পণ্য হাতে পাবার পর কুরিয়ার ম্যানের সামনেই চেক করে নিতে হবে।
কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তৎক্ষণাৎ ভিডিও ধারণ করে আমাদের ইনবক্স/হেল্পলাইন এ জানান।
সমস্যা থাকলে সেই মুহূর্তে কুরিয়ার ম্যানের কাছেই ফেরত দিতে হবে।
কুরিয়ার ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর সমস্যা পাওয়া গেলে, ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অবহিত করে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
৩ দিনের বেশি হয়ে গেলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

নিচের যেকোনো কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে:

সাইজ মিসম্যাচ
প্রোডাক্ট ড্যামেজড (ভিডিওসহ প্রমাণ লাগবে)
রিটার্ন অযোগ্য পণ্য
নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:
প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবহার করা হলে
ট্যাগ কাটা বা ছেঁড়া থাকলে
ডিসকাউন্ট/সেল প্রোডাক্ট
কাস্টমারের সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তনের কারণে
৩ দিনের বেশি সময় পার হলে
রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
কুরিয়ার ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার আগেই রিটার্ন করতে হবে (সমস্যা থাকলে)।
কুরিয়ার ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পরে রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে।
আমাদের নির্দেশনা অনুসারে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে বিকাশ বা নগদে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
রিটার্ন চার্জ বহনের নিয়ম
যদি সমস্যা প্রোডাক্টে থাকে (ড্যামেজ, ভুল সাইজ, ভুল প্রোডাক্ট), তাহলে সাহেববাবু চার্জ বহন করবে।
যদি কাস্টমার পক্ষ থেকে সমস্যা হয় বা সময়সীমা পার হয়, তাহলে কাস্টমার চার্জ বহন করবেন।

Introduction
At ShahebBabu, we value your satisfaction. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incorrect-sized product, our return policy allows you to return it under the following terms.
Return Timeframe
Check your product in front of the delivery person.
If there’s an issue, record a video immediately and notify us via inbox or helpline.
Return must be made to the delivery person on the spot.
If the issue is found after delivery, you must notify us within 3 days and return via courier.
No returns will be accepted after 3 days.
Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Wrong product received
Size mismatch
Damaged product (with video proof)
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
The product has been used
The tags are removed or damaged
The item was purchased on sale/discount
The reason is simply “changed mind”
More than 3 days have passed after delivery
How to Return
If you find an issue, return immediately to the delivery person.
If discovered later, inform us within 3 days and return via courier.
Contact us first to get proper courier return instructions.
Refund Method
Once accepted, the refund will be processed via bKash or Nagad.
Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is valid (damaged, wrong item), ShahebBabu will cover the return cost.
If the issue is on the customer’s side or out of the return policy, the customer will bear the return charge.
