ইউজার রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও অ্যাকাউন্ট
ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অর্ডার করতে হলে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে। আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক ও আপডেট রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপদ রাখা এবং পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
পণ্য ও প্রাইসিং
আমরা টিশার্ট, পোলো, ড্রপ শোল্ডার ইত্যাদি পণ্য অফার করি। পণ্যের রঙ, সাইজ বা ডিজাইন স্ক্রিনে কিছুটা ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সেটি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
অর্ডার ও কনফার্মেশন
আপনি অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে একটি কনফার্মেশন ম্যাসেজ/ইমেইল পাবেন। অর্ডারটি তখনই চূড়ান্ত ধরা হবে। কোনো ভুল তথ্য বা অসঙ্গতি থাকলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
পেমেন্ট পলিসি
আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), বিকাশ এবং নগদ গ্রহণ করি। পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরেই পণ্য প্রস্তুতকরণ শুরু হয়। ব্যর্থ পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং
আমরা শুধু বাংলাদেশের ভেতর ডেলিভারি করি। সাধারণত ৩-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছায়। ডেলিভারির সময় ও চার্জ আপনার অবস্থান অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
